Family Obligation
The total cost for tuition is $7,650 for Kindergarten, $7,975 for 1st – 6th and $9,250 for 7th – 12th. Families who choose the reduced tuition option are obligated to participate in the following HRA programs. Upper school students may fulfill any of these obligations on behalf of their parents.
Reduced Tuition Plan
If you enroll more than one child, the following discounts are taken from the children’s selected tuition:
- First child: Full price
- Second child: $750.00
- Third child: $1000.00
- Fourth child: $1500.00

- Auction fundraising (Any combination of the following to total a value of $625.00):
- Procuring donations to be sold at auction:
- The HRA Auction Gala will be held on Saturday, Oct. 19th.
- Desired auction items include: gift certificates, jewelry, electronics, art work, trips & vacation resources.
- The auction committee reserves the right to reject donations that would not be likely to sell.
- Selling tickets to the auction:
- Tickets to the auction include dinner and a bid number for participation.
- Tickets are sold for $125.00 each.
- Volunteer 25 hours toward running the auction event.
- Join the auction committee
- Help with decorating the banquet room
- Process bids and payments the night of the auction
- Help with student supervision & volunteer coordination
- Check-in guests
- Procuring donations to be sold at auction:
- Family Share Hours:
- 2 parent family: 40 hours
- 1 parent family: 20 hours
- Share Hours may be completed between July 1, and June 30.

- Centurion Project pledge drive ($250.00 per family):
- Each February, HRA sends out letters for the Centurion Project pledge drive to potential school donors.
- The Centurion Project pledge drive relies on mailing lists provided by HRA families.
- The Centurion Project pledge drive provides a way for friends, family, and associates near and far to help support your family’s choice in Catholic schools. Pledge drive contacts can be in other towns, other states, or even other countries. In fact, these are the best candidates for Centurion participation, as local contacts are probably already involved because of their participation in other HRA fundraising events.
- Mailing list forms should be turned in to the front office by early February.
- Donations made to the Centurion Project are credited to the family who provided the contact information.

- Raffle Ticket sales ($20.00 per ticket):
- The 2021 HRA Raffle Drawing will be held at noon on Friday, January 29th, 2021 in St. Dominic’s Hall.
- Parents are responsible for returning raffle ticket stubs and money to the HRA front office by Friday, January 22nd, 2021.
- All collected checks must be turned in to the Office within the week of receipt regardless of whether the entire ticket book has been sold. This is out of respect for the ticket purchaser, to keep accurate financial records.
- Please turn in money and corresponding ticket stubs at the same time.
- Unsold raffle tickets are purchased by the family. These tickets will be entered into the drawing.
- Families who sell more than the required number of raffle tickets will receive a tuition credit for half the value of the surplus proceeds.
- Sales expectation:
- 2 parent family – 50 tickets (2 ticket books)
- 1 parent family – 25 tickets (1 ticket book)

Part Time Tuition Overview
Holy Rosary Academy wishes to make Catholic education available to as many families as seek it out. Financial Aid is offered to those families who demonstrate need.
- Enrollment fee: $30.00 per class
- Annual fee to cover costs of books, school supplies.

* The Board considers the cost of living and reserves the right to increase tuition. The tuition increase is never more than 3%.
