Our next meeting is August 1. I’ll be out of town on that day.
Summary from last meeting:
*Colors are turquoise, copper, and pearl, which correspond to the 30th anniversary of the school.
*Need a new procurement chair. Angie Kagel, Allison Dickson, and Shivani were suggested. Danielle will contact Rosa to speak with Angie.
*We have a glass-top table that weighs about 1000 pounds. Speedy Glass volunteered to transport the glass.
*Allison will contact Tara to confirm she is still willing to be data coordinator.
*Discussed room layout. We will keep the same layout as last year, which is not what Marriott first gave us and it wasn’t on time last year.
*Our meal should be meat again.
*Solicit table sponsorship at August PA meeting at a table. Keep the group presentation to a minimum.
*Have all meeting, training, etc dates written at the PA meeting for each parent to take with them.
*Logistics coordinator will not be replaced. We will keep last year’s layout.
*Volunteer training will be October 7th at 10 AM. Do all training at the same time.
*What is the budget?
*Save-the-Date cards will be mailed this week.
*Procurement letters will be mailed next week.
